Melissa Lopez, MBA started the Entrepreneur's Source because of her desire to help people achieve their career dreams and grow their small business. Her dream is to assist people to fulfill their dreams of self-reliance and independence while growing their Income, Lifestyle, Equity and Wealth. Melissa's role as a small business and career coach enables her to bring the latest ideas and skills to her clients. She provides entrepreneurs and small businesses with advice on the 5 Key Business Dangers & Core Business Issues, Rapid Impact Solutions, Complimentary Business Assessments and team-focused psychometric profiling.

Melissa Lopez joined TES after successfully working as the Director of Economic Development and Public Information for the City of White Plains. Melissa's previous experience was in working to draw people and businesses into an increasingly vibrant community. During her tenure in the Office of Economic Development, Melissa was responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing public information and community relations strategies for the City of White Plains. Some of the activities Ms. López has implemented include business recruitment, job training programs, public transportation initiatives, special worker population outreach, and outreach programs for the Hispanic community. She also oversaw the development of over 2,000 new units of housing including Trump at City Center, The Jefferson, Avalon Bay Communities, and the Ritz-Carlton, Westchester.

Prior to her position with the City of White Plains, Melissa was a licensed real estate salesperson with Prudential Rand Realty. She worked on a sales team focusing on co-op and condo sales in Westchester County.
