Melissa Lopez joined TES after successfully working as the Director of Economic Development and Public Information for the City of White Plains. Melissa's previous experience was in working to draw people and businesses into an increasingly vibrant community. During her tenure in the Office of Economic Development, Melissa was responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing public information and community relations strategies for the City of White Plains. Some of the activities Ms. L贸pez has implemented include business recruitment, job training programs, public transportation initiatives, special worker population outreach, and outreach programs for the Hispanic community. She also oversaw the development of over 2,000 new units of housing including Trump at City Center, The Jefferson, Avalon Bay Communities, and the Ritz-Carlton, Westchester.
Prior to her position with the City of White Plains, Melissa was a licensed real estate salesperson with Prudential Rand Realty. She worked on a sales team focusing on co-op and condo sales in Westchester County. |
