Ms. Audrey Rogers-Stewart commenced her career with Security Works Inc/A.M.O.R.E. after working over 15 years in the Human/Social Services field with the under-served populations of NYC. She joined forces with her current partners, with the belief in an unconventional approach to develop and assist the workforce population and business industry of NY, by offering customized sector-based trainings, career development solutions, and business consulting services throughout NYS. This woman-owned and operated business has since developed over twelve thousand NYS residents/businesses with effective career/business solutions, which has lead to financial independence for their clients, and the overall economic growth of our City’s governmental agencies, and businesses.

Previously Ms. Stewart’s accomplishments consisted of managing and directing ACS State and Local Solutions/Curtis & Associates Inc. – NYC’s - Human Resources Administration, Skills Assessment Job Placement Contract in Brooklyn, Ms. Stewart moved into the position of Project Director in which she assisted with the proposal writing, implementation and start up. She also played an intricate part, due to her relationship with city management, in the renewal of the 3-year contract, which was originally valued at 26 million to 40 million dollars. Ms. Stewart monitored contractual budgets totaling in excess of 12.8 million per year.

Ms. Stewart has managed a number of government contracts over the last 15 years.  She has served as administer, and supported a team of over 92 staff members for the Skills Assessment Program. Implemented essential auditing procedures, directed, trained, hired, and evaluated contracts and staff, ensuring government contractual standards or requirements were met and/or exceeded, for the Welfare to Work Contract, the NYC Partnership Contract, and the Employment Initiative Contract, during her tenure at ACS-State and Local Solutions/Curtis & Associates.

Ms. Stewart’s accomplishments also consisted of managing and directing at Goodwill Industries of Greater New York from 1994 – 1998.  Ms Stewart worked directly with the C.E.O. and the C.F.O. writing proposals and implementing new procedures. Ms. Stewart served as administrator over several NYC programs, including the BEGIN Program, Welfare to Work Program, and the VESID/LIVES /Programs.

Ms. Stewart was responsible for managing, training, hiring, budgets, and ensuring her teams met the government contractual requirements. Prior to Ms. Stewart’s career in Human Services, she worked in the Accounting industry, where she held two accounting positions for 9 years with two  private accounting firms (Conceptual Planning & CR & Associates).Ms Stewart also held a five year assignment at one of the largest 5 star hotels in New York City (The Carlyle) also in the Accounting Department. Ms Stewart gained extensive experience within her twelve-year tenure at these firms, but in 1994 decided to move to the Social Service-Human Service field to work with individuals who were economically disadvantaged or underemployed.

Audrey is a member of the Cambridgre Who’s Who Executives  & Professionals, (in August 2007 was Honored By Cambridgre for Excellence in Workforce Development), the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP), the Department of Labor- Latino Job Service & Employer Committee (JSEC), the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), and the United States Womens Chambers of Commerce (USWCC).

Audrey believes in life-long learning and development. She holds a master degree in Business Administration. She is currently working on the New York Stat (CWDP) Certified Workforce Development Professional certification. She has received her certification in Christian Theology, from the Advanced Christian Theological Institute. Audrey has also obtained a Certification of Completion for Supervision of the HIV/AIDS Supporting Groups from the Training Institute of NDRA-USA, and a Certificate of Completion for HIV/AID Educator from the Bronx Aids Service; she has also received three other certifications from the Rock Hurst College National Seminar Groups, and the NYS (DCJS) Dept of Criminal Services License.
